Welcome to MotorMoves. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and MotorMoves ("we", "us", "our", or "Company") regarding your use of our website at www.motormoves.net (the "Website") and our vehicle transport marketplace services.

BY REGISTERING FOR, ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THE WEBSITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.

MotorMoves operates as an online marketplace connecting vehicle owners ("Owners" or "Customers") with verified transport providers ("Transport Providers" or "Transporters"). We provide a neutral venue through which Transport Providers and Owners can meet and enter into negotiations with a view to entering into transport agreements ("Transactions").

• "Owner" or "Customer" means a registered user who has posted a Listing on the Website seeking vehicle transport services.
• "Transport Provider" or "Transporter" means a registered user who has been verified and submits quotations (Bids) in respect of Listings.
• "User" means any person who accesses or uses the Website, including Owners and Transport Providers.
• "Listing" or "Job" means the vehicle transportation request posted by an Owner on the Website.
• "Bid" or "Quotation" means a price quotation submitted by a Transport Provider for a Listing.
• "Transaction" means the agreement entered into between a Transport Provider and an Owner for the performance of a transport job.
• "Member" means a person who has registered an account on the Website.
• "Listing Fee" means the fee payable by the Owner to MotorMoves upon accepting a Bid.

THE WEBSITE IS NOT AVAILABLE TO ANY PERSONS WHO DO NOT HAVE THE LEGAL CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO BINDING CONTRACTS.

4.1 General Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website
• You must be a UK resident, or if not a UK resident, of legal age to seek the services offered
• If registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms
• Registration is not open to persons whose membership has been suspended or terminated

4.2 Account Security

• Each registration is for a single user only
• You may not share your username and password with any other person
• Your membership may not be transferred to a third party
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
• You are responsible for all actions taken with your username and password

4.3 Transport Provider Verification

Transport Providers must complete our verification process before being able to submit Bids. This includes providing valid operator licences, insurance documentation, and other required credentials. MotorMoves reserves the right to approve or reject any Transport Provider application at our sole discretion.

5.1 Listing Fees

When an Owner accepts a Bid from a Transport Provider, the Owner is required to pay a Listing Fee to MotorMoves before the job can proceed. This fee covers the cost of using the platform and connecting with verified transport providers.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

5.3 Fee Changes

MotorMoves reserves the right to revise fees at our own discretion. We will provide reasonable notice of any fee changes. Continued use of the platform after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

5.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team if you believe you are entitled to a refund. Refunds may be issued in circumstances where a Transport Provider fails to complete a job or in cases of proven fraud.

6.1 For All Users

• Provide accurate and truthful information in all communications
• Maintain up-to-date contact information
• Communicate respectfully with other users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse the Website or attempt to gain unauthorised access

6.2 For Owners

• Provide accurate vehicle information including registration, make, model, and condition
• Provide accurate pickup and delivery locations
• Ensure the vehicle is available and accessible at the agreed time
• Pay the Listing Fee before the job can proceed
• Provide any necessary documentation for the transport

6.3 For Transport Providers

• Maintain valid operator licences and insurance coverage
• Submit accurate and fair quotations
• Complete accepted jobs in a professional and timely manner
• Handle vehicles with appropriate care
• Communicate any issues or delays promptly
• Maintain all required documentation and certifications

You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from the Website any material:

• That is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or inflammatory
• That infringes any intellectual property rights or breaches confidence or privacy
• For which you have not obtained all necessary licences and approvals
• That constitutes or encourages criminal conduct or civil liability
• That is technically harmful (including viruses, malware, or other harmful software)
• That is fraudulent, false, or misleading
• That attempts to circumvent platform fees or facilitate off-platform transactions

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate these provisions.

The Website is owned and operated by MotorMoves. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, software, content, and all other elements of the Website are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, patent, and trademark laws.

8.1 Limited Licence

You are permitted to:

• View, print, and download extracts from the Website for your own personal use
• Use the Website for its intended purpose of connecting Owners with Transport Providers

8.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, or republish Website content without permission
• Use the Website for any commercial purpose other than as intended
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
• Register any domain name that includes "MotorMoves" or similar variations

9.1 No Warranty

The Website and its contents are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotorMoves shall not be liable for:

• Any delays, damages, losses, or injuries arising from transport services provided by Transport Providers
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website
• Loss of income, revenue, business, profits, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or goodwill
• Any loss or damage caused by other users of the Website

9.3 Third-Party Actions

MotorMoves is not responsible for the actions, content, information, or data of third parties, including Transport Providers and Owners. Any Transaction entered into through the Website is solely between the Transport Provider and the Owner.

Links to third-party websites on the Website are provided solely for your convenience. We have not reviewed all of these third-party websites and do not control and are not responsible for their content or availability.

We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites, or any material found there, or any consequences of using them. If you decide to access any third-party websites linked from our Website, you do so entirely at your own risk.

We may, at our sole discretion, restrict your access to the Website, suspend or terminate your account without prior notice where:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• There is a regulatory or statutory change limiting our ability to provide access
• There is any event beyond our reasonable control preventing us from providing access
• We consider that you are abusing the Website or acting inappropriately
• You are a Transport Provider and your verification status is revoked
• We receive complaints about your conduct from other users

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease.
